historicracing.com are pleased to announce our first limited edition print.
The subject of this piece by Richard Copeman is Jackie Stewart on his way to victory in the Monaco Grand Prix in 1966.
Richard is an artist, graphic designer and motor racing enthusiast who raced in Sports Prototypes in the mid 1980s with David Leslie and Rob Wilson.
His work, which is a combination of digital and analogue techniques, is all applied by hand with the aim of creating an image that has a high degree of artistic integrity while still holding true to the history and emotion of the events portrayed.
The 38cm x 26cm print is a strictly limited edition of 100 (each one signed by the artist, numbered and accompanied by a letter of authentication from historicracing) and is being offered for sale printed on acid free, natural white cold moulded Hahnemuhle 300gsm museum quality archival paper using genuine Epson UltraChrome K3™ inks. By using this process we can offer prints with amazing color fidelity and permanence.
