Frank Monise was one of the fastest Lotus Mk.XI and Lotus Mk.23 drivers in Southern California in the early 1960s.

Frank established Frank Monise Motors in 1949 in Pasadena California to work on imported cars. The business is still flourishing today run by his son Frank Jr and his sons.
