Dale Earnhardt

7-time NASCAR national champion (1980,86-87,90-91,93-94); Rookie of Year in 1979; was all-time NASCAR money leader (now 2nd) with over $34 million won and 6th on career wins list with 76. He finally won Daytona 500 in 1998 on his 20th attempt. Died in a last lap crash at the 2001 Daytona 500.
