Alzen
Uwe Alzen
German racing driver who specialised in touring car and sports car racing.
He won the 1992 German Porsche Carrera Cup champion, the 1994 Porsche Supercup and the 1995 International Touring Car Championship B-Class champion. In 1996 he raced in the full International Touring Car Championship, driving an Opel, and has since competed in DTM and the FIA GT Championship. He was also a competitor in the 1998 Le Mans 24 Hours race in a Porsche, finishing 2nd overall. He left the AMG-Mercedes DTM team in 2003.
